2. We will send a preview design for your confirmation within 48 hours

3. Once you confirm the final design, we start production

4. Please confirm the proof promptly; delayed confirmation will affect production & shipping timelines

Important Information

· Cutting Tolerance: Minor dimensional errors may occur during die-cutting & printing. Please notify us upfront if you require strict exact dimensions.

· Quantity Tolerance: A ±5% quantity variance is normal in the printing industry due to production waste, this is not a quality defect.

· Color Difference: Screen colors and actual printed colors may differ (approx 15% normal color variance). Please confirm colors carefully before finalizing.

· Custom Order Terms: Custom products cannot be returned or refunded for subjective reasons (dislike, style mismatch, color expectation differences). Refunds are only available before design proof approval, or for damaged, wrong, or missing shipments.

· Production & Shipping Timeline:

o UV transfer stickers: 1-2 business days after final proof

o Special materials (resin labels): 4-6 business days

o Metal labels: 4-6 business days

o Roll stickers: 5-7 business days

· All custom artwork must be reviewed & approved by the buyer before mass production. We are not liable for text/design errors on confirmed final proofs.
